Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within the promised timeframe. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume. Arman Pack is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Areas: We currently ship to locations within the UAE.
Returns & Refunds
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns are only accepted for unused items in their original packaging.
Customized or bulk special orders may not be eligible for returns.
